I put a pony tail on top of her head every day since it is long enough to hang in her eyes. Hence, "Pebbles."


Bam Bam

Lilly has been exploring the kitchen, lately, since the exersaucer is no longer entertaining. One day when she was getting fussy when I was doing something in the kitchen, I gave her a spatula. It sort of ended up as her kitchen toy. Yesterday, she was too much trouble in the kitchen (What's in these cupboards, Mama?) so I put her on the other side of the gate and let her have it in the living room. Fast forward about three hours.

She woke up at 11:00 from her 8:30 "nap" and refused to go back to sleep. I was so tired so layed next to Al on the couch (She woke him up by hitting his face). I was trying to stay awake. Lilly came to check in every few minutes or so and would "pat" me on the face. Just when I started to drift off to sleep....it was quiet for too long.... When I opened my eyes, I saw Lilly rounding the corner of the couch holding the spatula headed staight for us. Good thing I opened my eyes or I think I would have gotten a rude awakening. "Wake up, or else!"
