Rolling over, sitting up, crawling, standing........and now walking! Lilly can take four or five steps now. She gets this amazed, proud look on her face. She loves it when we clapped for her. Even if she just takes one step and then falls, she claps for herself and looks at both of us to check to see if we're clapping. He face lights up when she's so excited/proud of herself. So precious...
She's been really into shoes lately and loves to carry mine around and even put them up on the shelf in the dining room.
Lilly loves to drink mineral water out of the bottle and giggles when she gets a taste. I was trying to keep her entertained in the bathroom in the morning while I finished getting ready. She had a funny look on her face and seemed to be licking her lips. I turned away and looked back again and she had the shampoo bottle in her mouth. Mineral water, shampoo.....same thing, right??? Then, I tried to wrestle it away from her. She screamed when I tried to explain why I couldn't let her drink shampoo.
