You con't say that. Stop dat! You con't do that to me!
When I was a baby I kicked everyone out of the hospital!
You in big tubble!
Mommy, I want a cedit card with my name on it.
I'm da boss!
The problem is, most of these things we've said to her but it just doesn't work for her to say to us. It's interesting trying to explain that to a toddler. We've tried to tell her that Mommy and daddy are the boss. That backfired into, "I'm da boss!" Al was just trying to tell Lilly if she says "stop it" she has to sit in the corner. She then told him if he says stop it, HE has to sit in the corner.
Out of exhaustion the other day, I told her, "Mommy teaches emotionally disturbed children. You don't stand a chance so you might as well not even try."
Don't tell Lilly, but sometimes I wonder if we stand a chance!
