Laying in bed she says randomly, "I said stop sceamin" I'm thinking this came from Glenna. I'm thinking Lilly earned it. I'm thinking about what she may have repeated at daycare that came from our house?
"I love you, Lilly" Daddy says to Lilly. "No, I love Mommy!"
"Lilly, what did you do at Glenna's today?" The ever-popular wishful thinking response, "Kiefer, Doughnutsss" She still says this when she meets someone for the first time. Oh, the power of doughnuts!
"Birtday party, LILLY" "Yes, we are going to have a birthday party for you but it won't be for a while." "Yeah!!!!! Hooo Hooo!!!!" (A lady I work with tells me I say "Woo hoo" a lot. I never thought I really did, but I must!"
Sitting at home watching The Price is Right (after a night of Lilly throwing up), "What number should the lady guess to win the car?" "Leven!"
"Lilly, are you ready to say sorry to Daddy? You can't hit Daddy, that hurts." After sitting there for a LONG time, she chimes in with another round of, "Daddy! No sorry!" She's advanced in the stubborn department.
I try to rip myself out of a dead sleep because I hear Lilly saying, "Mama, hap," Turns out I was laying on Moosey. We wouldn't want that!
Daddy didn't think this one through (although I have to say that I didn't think it through when I taught her "surfing now" on the ottoman) and taught Lilly that "Helicopter eat babberies." He
was telling her that only toys eat batteries and she came back with something like "Peopoh, Danta, babberies." Santa is a "person," and he eats batteries. Try to argue against that point! I think we should just stop talking about eating batteries.
We really have to listen when she talks, because she really is saying words and sentences. It's so fun to hear what she'll come up with next.

Hoo, Hoo! Bring on two!

I told you she is smart!! I don't know if my students would say eleven if they were asked what number the lady should guess. I can see a few saying, "ahhhh. Bananas?"
