I wake up and see Lilly's face, sitting up in bed, looking right at me. Her first words of the morning, "Having, pizza, Daddy?" Later, she was waiting for breakfast and said "Daddy, bee-o peese." (At least she's learning how to say please, unprompted. As a side note, today she said "Lady, NO!" as we waited for the cashier to scan our things at Target. Times like this, I wish she wasn't so verbal.)
This afternoon, she had fun playing with the accordion playing Santa. They had a snack at the table, then she laid Santa on the floor in the kitchen and demonstrated as she said, "Roll over Danta!" She was upset because Santa wouldn't answer her when she repeatedly yelled "DANTA!!" like there was some kind of Santa emergency. I tried to explain to her that Santa couldn't talk, but she wasn't buying it. I don't think Santa passed obedience school--Well, Lilly either for that matter.

Remember why Ethan didn't get to go in public? At least "Lady no" isn't as bad as Ethan's shooting people "Pew pew pew" at target as they past by, or dared to talk to him, or call him cute.
